Our customer service also includes different payment options. Choose between Twint, Credit/ Debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Klarna (Online Bank Transfer).
Shipping Policy
We are based in Switzerland. Products marked as in stock in the online shop are available from our main warehouse in Zurich and can be shipped directly after payment is received. We provide free shipping in Switzerland and EU.
We ship from Monday to Friday, every day. We are always striving to ship your order as quickly as possible.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We aim to deliver high-quality products to our customers.
However, if you are dissatisfied with the quality or size of your product, we offer a return policy for your convenience.
To return an item, please reach out to us via email support@proclaimedapparel.ch and let us know which product you wish to return. You can send the item back to the following address:

As long as the item is returned within 14 days of receipt and is in its original, unworn condition, we will issue a refund via the original payment method within 28 days of receiving the return.
Please note, you are responsible for the return shipping costs and for ensuring the item reaches us safely. We recommend using a tracking service for your return. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
PROCLAIMED APPAREL cannot be held liable for any items that are lost or damaged during return transit. Refunds will only be processed once the item is received and the return conditions are met.
